Advice on downloading
Many of the files listed on this page are either in Microsoft Word (doc) format or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, and are formatted for double sided printing. In some cases the Word files are formatted as booklets. These will view correctly on screen in any version of Microsoft Word, but require Word 2003 to print correctly.
Where a Word or PDF file is indicated, right click on the link below and choose "Save Target As..." (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As..." (Firefox) to save the documents to your computer.
